About David

As a Southwest Florida resident, David understands all the intangible benefits of living and loving life here with its unmatched weather and lifestyle. After living here for 6 1/2 years, he has truly had the time to absorb the salt life lifestyle with its beaches, fishing, country clubs, amazing restaurants, and historic locations.

David joined the Real Estate Profession after receiving a lifesaving kidney transplant at Largo Medical Center in Tampa. He was on dialysis 9 1/2 years and after receiving the gift of life, David is now feeling great and ready to continue his community outreach and assisting those in need. David loves assisting families seeking new home ownership or relocation assistance. His contacts in the community and local residency leverage his knowledge to his clientele when buying, selling, or leasing property.

David is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure an effortless process for his clients, friends, family, and international referral partners.

He currently is a member of The Dream Team at RE/MAX Direct in downtown Fort Myers. The Dream Team prides itself on being on the forefront of modern real estate technology. Their website uses state-of-the-art, portal-like consumer search experiences for ease of use, and they utilize a team of professional service providers to assist with our buyer and seller needs. David makes sure to communicate every step of the way, he is meticulous, has patience, gives assistance and support during decision making, while helping make any move effortless and painless as possible for every buyer or seller. Most of all, David treats all clients equally with the same respect as he does his family and friends.

David graduated from Art Institute of Philadelphia got his culinary and business degree there. He has owned and operated Restaurants in both Philadelphia and Florida, has been in multiple culinary championships in Philadelphia as well. David previously did internet sales for car dealerships and his civic duties include volunteering for Non-Profits like Big Brother Big Sister, and The National Kidney Foundation.

David is also bilingual - habla espanol.
